Mudanjiang as the second largest tributary of the Songhua River, the cities and towns in the basin basically in a high-speed development stage of industrialization, the sewage treatment plant built later, point source, non-point source pollution is serious, in order to improve the overall level of Songhua River Basin pollution control, protection of Mudanjiang superior natural environment, it is necessary to conducts the research to the situation and development trends of Mudanjiang River water quality. In this paper, through the 8 monitoring sections of the river basin, with the use of CODmn, COD, TN, TP, NH3-N five major pollution factors, the annual average concentration of 2009- 2014, the single factor water quality identification index evaluation. According to the seasonal Kendall test principle, using water quality of PWQTrend analysis software, the Mudanjiang River seven main monitoring sections choice of CODMn, TN, TP, NH3-N four main pollution factors of the change tendency of water quality test, found of each monitoring section of Mudanjiang River Basin pollution factor rise significantly, but most did not exceed national standard quality requirements.Season of Kendall trend analysis of water quality of results show that in June 2009- 2014 test for trend and CODmn upward trend section accounted for 87.5%, no obvious trend of section 12.5%; NH3-N showed a significant rise in sections accounted for 62.5%, no apparent variation trend of section 25%, a downward trend accounted for 12.5%; TN showed rising trend accounted for 62.5%,no significant change in the trend of 37.5%; TP showed an upward trend in the change of 87.5%, no significant change in the trend of 12.5%. From the overall situation of Mudanjiang river basin monitoring of these indicators CODmn, NH3-N, TN, TP have a great upward trend, the need to take reasonable measures to control the growth rate of pollution factors.Water quality evaluation results show that Mudanjiang River Basin belongs to the slight pollution, Dashan mouthpiece section are COD and CODMn exceeding, 2012 for class IV water quality in other years for class III water quality, Guoshuchang transects CODMn annually are exceeded belongs to class III water quality, Riverside bridge section, dirty, muddy river section and Erhualian ditch section no excessive factor, water quality conforms to the national requirements of the class III water quality.Hailang estuary section in 2009, 2013 CODMn exceeding class IV water quality in the othe year belongs to class III water quality, Jingpo Lake section and Lianhua Lake section there are different degrees of pollution, Jingpo Lake section in 2009 and 2010, for class III water quality, from 2011 to 2014 belongs to class IV water quality, pollution degree beyond II requirements of national water quality standard. TN TP, the annual Lianhua Lake water quality deterioration and to exceed the standard IV to grade V trend.Using GM(1,1) model 2015, 2020, six years of water quality of the annual average concentration prediction, the prediction results show that the monitoring sections of CODMn, NH3-N, TN and TP concentration in the next 6 years showed a rising trend, to 2020 the mountains mouthpiece section will keep the class III water quality, fruit field section IV water quality, Riverside bridge section for class V water quality, Erhualian ditch section IV water quality, Jingbo lake Section V class of water, Lianhua Lake Section VI quality.Through the research and trend analysis of water quality in the basin, combined with the prediction of water quality in the next 6 years, it is found that there is a great trend of deterioration of the water body in the river basin.
