The aim of present study was to explicit the effects of Bacillus subtilis B67 on physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings.Different concentrations of Bacillus subtilis B67 were applied under hydroponic conditions and growth promotion in root(i.e.root length,root surface area,root volume,average root diameter,number of root tips and root fresh and dry weight)and shoot(i.e.stem diameter,shoot length,shot fresh and dry weights)parameters and root shoot ratio were recorded.The results showed that the strain B67 when applied at different concentration exhibit normal distribution in plant growth parameters,while its two times application at 20%level(7 days interval)showed maximum growth promotion in cucumber seedlings,the results of this study theatrically provide basis for integration of strain B67 in commercial fertilizers due to its plant growth promoting effects.Health treasure root powder was an independent research and development of biological pesticide engineering center of Shenyang Agricultural University,by the green wooden mold Tr8 and Bacillus subtilis B67 compound with a new type of biological agents.Made for its environment friendly water dispersible granule,for different carrier,dispersant,wetting agent,disintegrating agent,binder to filter based on B67 and Tr8,additives of different carriers biological compatibility and the influence of the quality parameters,select the best formula for wetting agent:honey locust powder;Dispersant,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose;Disintegrating agent:sodium carboxymethyl starch;Binder:polyethylene glycol(peg)4000,content of 4%,5%,3%and 4%respectively,the carrier of diatomaceous earth make up 100%.According to the national testing standards for pesticide formulations,after the examination,the healthy root water dispersible granule products of spore contents wereabout 5.31 x 108Preliminary clear Jiangenbao water dispersible granule control effect,laboratory experiments were carried out according to the drug than 1:50,the test results show that after the first spraying control effect of 14 days was 75.02%,after the second spraying control effect of 14d was 65.95%,Jiangenbao WDG on cucumber blight disease prevention effect was good and control effect was significantly higher than the experimental group,can occur with the prevention and control of Fusarium Wilt of cucumber.
