| In this paper,the working area of Sima coal mine in Luan Group is expanded into engineering background,and the numerical simulation of blasting is carried out by theoretical research,numerical simulation and field test.The blasting and penetration test of coal seam is carried out.The numerical simulation part is used to calculate the radius of influence under different filling conditions.The influence of blasting and penetration is analyzed by flow method and tracer method.The article obtained the following research results:First,the thermodynamic analysis of carbon dioxide,in the neglect of gas expansion in the expansion force under the premise of doing work,the liquid carbon dioxide evaporation to the standard conditions of the release of energy as a reference,the liquid carbon dioxide blasting energy generated.Based on the mechanics of materials,the blasting pressure of carbon dioxide blasting is deduced according to the generalized Hooke’s law.According to the theory of blasting,the theory of fracture mechanics and the structural characteristics of coal body,the process of action of liquid carbon dioxide blasting coal body and the failure criterion of each stage are analyzed in detail.The finite element analysis software was used to calculate the blasting simulation only under the single condition of the filling quantity,and the result of the calculation was analyzed and analyzed by using the origin software to get the radius of the impact of the three different filling quantities.The experiment was carried out by means of flow observation and tracer method,and the influence radius of blasting was measured,which was similar to the result obtained by simulation. |
