Recently,continuous haze weather,caused by the haze of the weather is in the air of a sudden increase of particulate matter,especially a large number of emissions of carbon dioxide caused by the greenhouse effect is more and more obvious,so the regional carbon emission performance and Study on the influence factors has become a hot issue of various scholars focus on the long term.The starting point is different,in reference to the relevant theoretical basis,based on the total factor framework using three stage data envelopment analysis(DEA)of Shandong province regional carbon emission performance were calculated,and the implementation of a comparative study with DEA traditional calculation method,according to the above method,the spatial econometric model the investigation into the factors of regional carbon emission performance and convergence effect.According to the regional difference of Shandong Province,the influence factors of carbon emission performance were investigated.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: four:(1)show that the traditional DEA is not eliminated by measuring the environmental variables and random factors of carbon emission performance,the cities of Shandong Province in 11 years,the average level of technical performance of carbon emissions in Shandong province is far below the level of the production frontier,there is still much room for improvement.At the same time,the average annual pure technical performance value is far below the average scale performance value,which shows that pure technical performance is the main cause of carbon emissions performance in cities of Shandong province.(2)the revised three stage DEA model shows that the increase of pure technical performance is the key factor affecting the performance of carbon emission technology after adjusting environmental variables and stochastic factors.In the third stage,the most pure technical performance areas appeared to rise sharply,so before the pure technical performance value in the low state and external environment of the poor or the role of chance is inseparable,the absolute technology management level is low and not caused by.(3)the spatial performance four bitmap is visually displayed,the first mode for the "double high" mode,this mode including Qingdao,Yantai,Weihai,Dongying,Weifang City,the mode of pure technology and scale performance performance are higher.The second model is "high and low" mode,which includes Ji’nan,Zibo,Linyi,Rizhao and Laiwu.The third model is "low high" model,which includes Liaocheng,Binzhou and Dezhou.These three areas are in the middle of Shandong province.The fourth model is "low" mode,which includes Heze,Jining,Tai’an and Zaozhuang.It can be seen that the carbon emission performance of coastal cities in Shandong province is generally higher.Through spatial four points,bitmap and cluster analysis diagram,we can see that the regions of Shandong province have strong spatial correlation.(4)the empirical results of the model of spatial absolute beta convergence and the spatial conditional beta convergence show that the regional carbon emission performance in Shandong province has not only the trend of absolute convergence,but also the conditional convergence.The test results of the spatial club convergence model also show that there are two spatial convergence clubs in HH and LL groups in the regional carbon emission performance in Shandong province".
