Horizontal wells to develop the water-bottom reservoir is easy to form the water ridge and after the break through the horizontal well water content will soon rise,while the rapid decline in oil production comes along,or even cause "flooded",seriously affecting the economic benefits of oil fields The AICD completion as a new way to balance the interface of oil and water can be a good solution to this problem,has been used at home and abroad.This paper mainly studies the water control mechanism,device design,computer simulation and simulation experiment of AICD.The research results are as follows:(1)Fully researched the domestic and foreign water-control completion measures,the development of water-control equipment and the current situation of AICD water-control completion,demonstrated the necessary to study new water control devices.(2)The AICD water control mechanism is analyzed and the two flow-path AICDs are simulated based on finite element software ANSYS,and the water control effect of AICD with or without moving parts is compared.The results show that the AICD with moving parts has a better performance.(3)Based on the principle of radial pressure distribution in the form of funnel,a new type of moving parts AICD is designed.The influence of structural parameters and fluid properties on the water control performance of AICD was analyzed by finite element software ANSYS,and the relevant parameters were optimized.(4)A set of oil and water flow experimental device was established,and a set of experimental scheme was proposed to verify the effect of new AICD.The results show that the water control effect of the new water control tool is better than that of the phase control AICD.This paper provides a new idea for the development of AICD,which has certain guiding value for the research of autonomous inflow control device at home and abroad.
