This paper based on the investigation of the present situation of the continuous casting industry in Xinjiang and production of continuous casting billet quality problems of Bayi Steel Corporation,determined to reduce the number of defects produced by the failure of major mechanical equipment,research topic on the goal of ensuring the precision of the equipment function.During the study period,starting from the point of view of equipment maintenance management,expanded research on 2013 and 2014 reflect the more prominent casting quality problem of Bayi Steel Corporation,analyze the main reasons and make the corresponding measures,expanded the reason analysis from the influence of function precision of main mechanical equipment in continuous casting on the quality of cast slab which through the crystallizer,the crystallizer vibration device,fan-shaped section segment aperture and radians,Withdrawal and straightening unit etc.At first,utilized the formula of continuous casting theory accounting out the use of suitable parameters for the Bayi Steel Corporation's billet caster and mould oscillation in slab continuous casting machine,the relationship between the pulling speed,the vibration frequency,the amplitude,the negative time slip ratio and other factors,through the check computation optimized reasonable pulling speed interval for casting blank,negative slip time interval and negative slip rate interval.And the results were revised and solidified from the program then applied to production practice which obtained the effect of reducing the depth of the vibration mark and improving the surface quality of the cast slab.It is proved that the influence of the function precision of the mould oscillation device of the continuous casting machine on the quality of the casting blank can be improved by parameter control.Secondly,expanded the research on control precision of the Bayi Steel Corporation's square billet and slab continuous casting arc,through the field experience,summed up the square billet caster On-line mould,I,II,III,IV support roller,among the withdrawal and straightening unit's arc scheme.It is found out that the improper adjusting arc measuring methods problem of the influence for the slab caster on adjusting arc efficiency and the accuracy of adjusting arc,and taking measures to design the special tool for adjusting arc measurement,then the formula of adjusting arc function for slab continuous caster is established,demonstrated the feasibility of adjusting the installation position of sector section to ensure the arc accuracy of slab casting machine.The adjustment of the installation position of fan-shaped section through the field verification,Can guarantee the accuracy of the entire line of arc value long-term,reduced the number of arc between sections and the incidence of non qualified casting blank.A special tool has declared the patent which for measuring the installation position of the fan-shaped section of the design and manufacture.This paper from the improvement of cooling effect,ensured the smooth discharge of debris from the withdrawal and straightening unit,guaranteed reducer lubrication and assembly,added the auxiliary guide to prevent slab deviation and adopt measures to control the fault of the billet caster and withdrawal straightened,in the course of the study,the automatic fuel filling device of the pulling straightening machine has designed and declared patent.
