The Qianshan reservoir in Xinglongtai is a typical massive fractured reservoir,the reservoir development,crude oil property advantages.The early stage of reservoir development in flowing production better,late formation energy decreased gradually.The Qianshan reservoir only rely on natural energy development,with the decrease of formation pressure,accelerate the production decline,and there is water coning phenomenon of water flooding is not obvious in order to quickly add the formation pressure,greatly enhance oil recovery,to achieve the goal of implementing the stable production of crude oil,gas injection development in Qianshan reservoir.Based on the reservoir development scheme and the related codes of Qianshan reservoir,this paper studies the project of gas injection development in Qianshan reservoir.In this paper,according to the requirements of the early stage of nitrogen injection and the different stages of the development of natural gas injection,two aspects of the design of injection and recovery engineering are studied.From the calculation,the wellhead pressure tubing size selection,material selection and tubing strength check and other aspects of the optimization to determine the gas injection tubing,tubing;determine the corresponding supporting tools according to the string functions;according to the reservoir’s natural gas injection volume and flow pressure reference gas flow energy equation and formation the average temperature and the compression coefficient formula,calculate the pressure of gas injection wellhead,selection pressure level wellhead device suitable for implementation of the gas injection operation.By spraying nitrogen injection production design transition stage of gas lift string structure and determine the depth according to the production wells;natural gas injection wells stage without the implementation of gas lift design,the establishment of continuous gas lift shaft model,calculate the production amount of liquid,gas lift optimization pressure range,determine the gas lift valve working pressure.According to the situation of gas injection,the requirements of HSE are put forward to ensure the safety of construction.
