The thermal recovery of heavy oil is one of the most effective technologies of heavy oil development.The steam injection system in thermal recovery of heavy oil is made up of the steam generator(steam injection boiler),steam pipeline,attachment and so on.The study of the steam injection system in thermal recovery of heavy oil can provide theoretical guidance for energy saving of the steam injection.At first,this paper analyzed the composition of the steam injection system in thermal recovery of heavy oil,working principle and the distribution of energy consumption.It studied the calculation method of energy consumption which included thermal efficiency of the steam injection boiler,the energy consumption of the steam pipeline and steam injection system.And then,it studied the influence factors for the energy consumption of the steam injection system in thermal recovery of heavy oil.According to the test requirements,3 test levels are determined.Then it studied the calculation method of the thermal efficiency,and studied the comprehensive evaluation method of the steam injection boiler.According to the analysis of energy consumption and actual situation,it established the corresponding evaluation indicator system.The indicator system included thermal efficiency,exhaust gas temperature,air coefficient and temperature difference of the steam injection boiler,temperature difference of the steam pipeline,steam leakage rate,surface temperature of the steam injection wellhead and energy efficiency of the steam injection system.At the same time,it determined the calculation method of indicators and indicators limits.Finally,it studied the comprehensive evaluation method of the steam injection system in thermal recovery of heavy oil.And according to the reseach,it analyzed the actual data.The steam injection boiler is one of the major energy-consuming equipments in the steam injection system in thermal recovery of heavy oil,steam injection boiler which is in efficient operation is crucial for energy saving.This paper studied structure transformation for the steam injection boiler.According to the example,it analyzed and verified the feasibility and energy saving effect,the results showed that the method can achieve better energy saving effect.
