With the large-scale exploitation of natural gas fields and the rapid development of the LNG industry currently,It put forward a higher requirements for nature gas pretreatment process.Carbon dioxide removal technology using amine solvent as the most widely used method of nature gas decarbonization is gradually become the focus and hot spots of the research. It aims to find an amine solvents which has better decarbonization performance, lower power consumption and liquid cycle flow, smaller corrosive characteristics and moderate price. In addition, the method also needs to confirm the optimal operation parameters to meet the requirements of industrial decarbonization and reduce the production costs. The research work of this paper is bases on the large number previous research of absorption and desorption performance by a lot of group members on different single and mixed amine which including the primary amine, secondary amine, tertiary amine, enamine,AMP,PZ and so on.First of all,It analysis the carbon dioxide removal mechanism of MEA,MDEA,TEA,DETA and the mixed amine solvent of TEA and MEA,established their dynamic model, calculated the reaction rate constant, the enhancement factor, the absorption rate and researched the interaction factor of mixed amine solvents. On the basis of theoretical research, studied the absorption and desorption performance of four preferred amine solvents by the pilot experimental equipment of natural gas decarbonization.According to the experimental results and the amine price,There are two new mixed amine solvents performed better. Then compared its performance with the industry used amine by small reactor experimental device and the results includes: the performance of MDEA+A is better than the industry amine.Next, established an HYSYS model to optimize the ratio of the MDEA+A in different acid gas concentration and gas flow rate which results includes the optimal ratio isMDEA+1.1molMEA.Used the HYSYS model to optimize the operation parameters of natural gas decarbonization process including absorption temperature, absorption pressure, regeneration temperature, regeneration pressure and amine cycle flow. The research results in this paper can be used to provide a theoretical basis for industrial application of new amine solvents.
