With the oilfield development time increases,the formation energy being consumed,resulting in formation pressure decreases continuously,in order to compensate for the underground shortfall,maintain formation pressure,control the production decline,improve the ultimate recovery,we must be carried out on water-flooding oilfield.Oilfield water injection is mainly based on wastewater reinjection,Some impurities in the water,bacteria will be attached to the surface of the water injection pipeline,underground pipe column,Two water pollution is caused by the injected water,and the water absorption ability of the injection well is decreased,Therefore,it is an important measure to reduce the pollution in the water injection well.But the conventional well washing operation consumes a large amount of water resources,at the same time,a large amount of sewage is produced;The pressure relief is needed before the well washing,and the formation pressure decreases,and the improper control of the pressure will damage the casing and casing.Therefore,it is very important to find a more energy saving,environmental protection and safe well washing technology.The research focusing on energy conservation and emission reduction,combined with reservoir protection technology,analysis and evaluation of domestic and foreign well washing technology,carry out field research,combined with the present situation of oilfield water injection were screened from the circulation without pressure relief well washing technology for oil fields.In 2014,it applied successfully in the field,the maximum flushing pressure and discharge capacity reached 35 MPa and 30m~3/h,the well flushing returning 10mg/L liquid suspended solids content is less than or equal to,flushing effect,reduce the amount of washing water and wastewater discharge,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
