| PLC is introduced with the rapid development of oilfield digital construction.In addition to a leading position in the industry,it has large scale,high stability and better controllability.PLC has a powerful processing speed in handling digital and analog.Due to the introduction of PLC,oilfield exploration becomes integrated,networked and information-based.The oilfield is using tertiary recovery technique to increase oil production,and the test group is the place to prepare and transport oil-displacement agent for tertiary recovery.But increasing output lead more oilfield sewage.Oilfield sewage is often stored in the outdoor sewage tank,and when the level is high,there will be a car transporting the sewage to the designated location for processing.Because of the large amount of oil-displacement agent in the front line of the test group,the research of this paper is to inject the sewage back to the underground,and observe the effect of oil displacement.Through the study of oilfield wastewater treatment process and the existing oilfield injection,this paper establishes an test engineering.The whole research of sewage reinjection involves many subjects as environmental engineering,automatic control,mechanical,electronic technology,communication technology,network and instrument.This project adopts a series of closed loop control,and use distributed control system to collect data.PLC output signal control the equipment after control system processing the data.PC software IFIX translate the PLC data into graphic display and alarm monitoring by Ethernet communication.Finally realize the automatic control of sewage reinjection,which include the upper computer screen and alarm system. |
