Design Of Nanyue Joss Stick Package Under The Concept Of Environmental Protection

Nanyue Buddhist culture has a long story and has so far attracted innumerable pilgrims to worship there.The prosperous pomp is dramatic.It is difficult to estimate how much incenses has been burnt.Consequently,there is a growing concern about environmental problems.I was born in Hengyang city,so I am impressed by the problems.Upon repeated consideration and the suggestion of my tutor,I decided to start my thesis writing and graduation project under the title of environment-friendly joss sticks design.There are a series of problems about Nanyue joss sticks,such as weak culture consciousness 、 brand deficiency and unenvironmental-friendly packaging material,etc.Aiming at the mentioned problems,I have systematically searched into the packaging history current situation anddevelopment prospect by field research、bibliographic research and design practice,so as to have a thorough thinking and practive to internal and external joss stick packaging from the aspects of culture、packaging material、structure modelling、visual image and color choosing.If my thesis can raise a social concern about joss stick packaging and make people interfere in,it can throw out a minnow to catch a whale so as to make Nanyue joss stick develop a cultural、convenient、artistic and environmental-friendly line and make greater choice for consumers,finding pure feeling in the materialistic and bustling world.
