Vertical polypropylene infusion bag is a kind of self shrinkage infusion bag that does not produce negative pressure,comprising a bag body and fixed shape bag-opening and bag-end at both ends of the bag body.The volume of the bag body is automatically contracted by the atmospheric pressure with the outflow of liquid in the infusion.The infusion bag will not produce negative pressure in the infusion because of the bag body is fully connected.This paper mainly carries on the research of production technology of polypropylene infusion bag and the industrial production.We determine the final production process by optimization of production technology of vertical polypropylene infusion bag,design for vertical polypropylene infusion bag,optimization and upgrading of production line.Finally,the production of sterilization bottle was determined to use the plywood form.Through the testing imported T4 granular raw materials,granular raw materials being used and mixed granular raw materials by ourselves,imported T4 granular raw materials were selected as granular raw materials for the production of infusion bag in the small sample preparation process.The injection parameters and blowing parameters were adjusted on site,and the parameters of the stuffing were changed from hardware to parameter setting.The parameters of squeezing were also determined,and the number of rows,number of columns and pressure coefficient in the process of sterilization were determined.In the process of small sample test,the method of back-blood self-priming was used to adjust the homogeneity of the dropping solution of the different batches of sample,and the final result was tested for the eligibility of the sample.In order to ensure the stability of the quality of drugs and packaging materials,respectively,accelerated testing for 6 months,long-term room temperature testing and stress testing were used to verify that the products meet testing standards.At the same time,the stability of the migration of additives(antioxidant 1010;antioxidant 330;hydrated aluminum magnesium carbonate;TPO;1.3-butadiene polystyrene)were tested,the results were qualified to prove that the additives did not affect the quality of products.Small sample test was used to determine the qualified test parameters;Enlarged production was used to determine the feasibility of the parameters of production;The technology of product and package process was verified.The results demonstrated that the the indicators are stability and production technology are suitable for industrialized production.The problem such as overstaff,low yield,increasement of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural value is analyzed and summarized.We finally solved these practical problems by using transformation and orthogonal test screening.
