Abstract/Summary:
Corner cleaning machine as one of the main equipment of plastic doors and windows corner cleaning has been widely applied in plastic doors and windows production.Corner cleaning as a main links in plastic doors and windows production process,the quality of its corner cleaning of a direct impact on the appearance and strength.Therefore,it is the main work of this thesis to research the high-efficiency NC corner cleaning equipment and the cutting technology,to realize the high-efficiency and high quality of the plastic doors and windows corner cleaning.The different types of high-efficiency NC corner cleaning equipment was researched in this thesis,and the process and cutting technology of the corner cleaning are defined.Then,the 3D model of the corner cleaning machine was completed,and the static performance of the worktable was simulated by ANSYS.In this thesis,the 3D model of the common frame and sash is completed,and the analysis of the combination of different series frame and sash is carried out.The best corner cleaning technology is developed,which improves the efficiency of corner cleaning.The 3D model of the end mill is established,and the modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS for the end mill under different extension.It is concluded that the elongation of vertical milling cutter is more reasonable when the total length is 50%~60%.Using the DEFORM-3D and orthogonal test design method to complete the simulation of the mechanical performance for the end mill,and analyzed the effects of rotating speed,the feed rate and the milling cutter diameter on the axial force.Then,the influence of various factors on the axial force is obtained,namely,the feed rate has the greatest influence on the axial force,the spindle speed is the second,and the cutting edge diameter is the smallest.Using ANSYS to carry out the modal analysis of circular saw blade,and based on the modal analysis results to determine the reasonable speed range of the circular saw blade is 1000rpm~6459rpm.In this thesis,the structure design and optimization of the pull blade and the bevel hook blade are completed,to solve the problems of poor quality of corner cleaning,uneven cleaning,inaccurate positioning and other issues.Finally,the experiment of the plastic doors and windows corner cleaning process is carried out.Selecte the reasonable cutting parameters,the best cutting technology and the optimized cutting tools,to completed the same series of plastic doors and windows corner cleaning.Through the experimental analysis and comparison,both the clearing efficiency and quality have been improved.The experimental results provides reference data for the actual production of the enterprise.
