Research On Digital Data Acquisition Of Energy Saving Monitoring

During the process of oil and gas production,energy-consuming equipment is the heart of the whole production process.The operation efficiency of energy-consuming equipment determines whether the whole production process is running well.Energy-saving monitoring as an important means of testing energy-consuming equipment,the monitoring results can correctly reflect the operation of energy-consuming equipment.So how to ensure the accuracy of the test data results Is the focus tackling problems of Energy-saving monitors.There are many test parameters affecting the efficiency of energy consuming equipment during the field test.And how to ensure the synchronization of test parameters is the main problem to be solved.For example,during the system efficiency test of the pumping units,the system efficiency varies with the varying load of the pumping units.Only to ensure the synchronization of test parameters,the system efficiency of the pumping units can be guaranteed accurate.According to the oil and gas field technique and related energy consumption equipment,this article has mainly studied the online digital data acquisition system.This system ensures the synchronization of the test data and reduces the errors of system efficiency.The online digital data acquisition system consists of hardware and software.The hardware part is responsible for the connection and data acquisition,and the software part is responsible for the data post-processing and analysis.The system has greatly improved the accuracy of the test data.It provides data assurance for grasping the operation state of energy consuming equipments and guiding them to normal operation.
