Landslide is one of the most important geological disasters facing natural gas transmission pipeline.In the event of damage or fracture,rapidly leakage and diffusion of inflammable and explosive hydrocarbon gas in short time easily gives rise to explosion and fire over a large area,which will lead to serious catastrophic consequences.Therefore,risk assessment and monitoring of landslide for gas pipeline has great significance to guarantee the safe operation.Taking landslide along the pipeline and pipeline as subject,mechanical impact mechanism of the landslide to the pipeline was studied to reveal the interaction relationship between landslide and pipeline.Combining with the actual situation of landslide section pipeline,gas landslide monitoring of natural gas pipeline has carried out.This task can improve the operation safety of pipeline to greatest degree.This paper includes the following aspects:(1)Confirm the characteristics of the landslide disaster for Zhong-Wu natural gas transmission pipeline to enrich the information of pipeline integrity management for geological disasters.Combined with the feature of formation condition and pipe landslide characteristics,the landslide disasters positions in Zhong-Wu pipeline is determined according to the typical characteristics of pipeline landslide.(2)Various influence factors of pipeline stress and deformation are analyzed.It reveals that stress and deformation of pipeline are produced under the complex action sliding force and soil resistance.In the influence of landslide,on the sides and center of the landslide,the stress is relatively larger.(3)This article expounded the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the risk variable weight method.The risk score and the dividing method were determined.By introducing variable weight assignment model to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the pipeline risk assessment system is built from two aspects,pipeline failure probability risk assessment and risk of pipeline failure consequence evaluation.(4)Based on strain monitoring technique,geological disaster monitoring technology of Zhong-Wu pipeline was put forward.Geological disaster monitoring system of Zhong-Wu pipeline was also designed and implemented.According to landslide piping stress model and failure criterion,monitoring data was processed to realize the early warning.Example analysis shows that this technology can obtain comprehensive safety status of Zhong-Wu pipeline.The stress and strain monitoring technology can meet the production requirements.Through the above researches,landslide risk identification and monitoring of gas pipeline can be realized.The constructed landslide geological disaster monitoring system for Zhong-Wu pipeline can achieve the purpose of control and avoid risk,so as to control the risk level of pipeline operation in a reasonable range,reduce the number of pipeline accidents,and ensuring the economy reasonably safe operation of the pipeline.
