With the development of society,the demand of production and life for oil and natural gas are increasing,the exploration of oil and natural gas on land are close to saturated,so the development of offshore oil resources in the energy industry field becomes more and more importantly.The offshore platform is more and more widely used in the exploitation,storage,refining and transportation.Due to the particular environment in the offshore platform,there are great difference between the transportation and installation of the equipment on land.Nowadays,the offshore platforms are transported to the location of jacket by large barge and installed.There are two methods of installation,hoisting and float-over.With the development of the deep water,offshore platform modules become bigger and bigger,from a few thousand tons to ten thousand tons,even to thirty thousand tons.The traditional hoisting method has been unable to meet the needs of construction,so the float-over method becomes suitable.Moving the barge to the exact position is the key of the float-over method,the anchors controlling needs accurately which satisfy the exact position of the barge.At present,anchor machine is widely used in the ship positioning control systems.Generally,an anchor machine is operated by a sailor who gets orders with an interphone,meanwhile there are several anchor machines on the barge,these lead to low efficiency and less collaboration.Thus,this operational approach is not suitable for the float-over method.A central control system of the multi-anchor system is designed in this thesis.All anchors are remote controlled by a main sailor in the control room,the position of the barge can be controlled more exactly,and this system has been applied in actual float-over tasks successfully.The central control system is based on PROFINET control network,the host computer and slave computer are closely combined,the data and the control parameters are shared in real-time.The control system consists of following parts,the host computer,PLC,the video surveillance system,the wireless networks and wired networks.The host computer system processes the data of all anchors and sends control orders to single anchor,the PLC samples data from the single anchor and transfers them to the host computer and receives the control parameters to realize corresponding operation.The wireless networks and wired networks exchanges data between each part.The system meets the requirement.
