With the rapid development of China's economy,a lot of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater discharge have a great impact on water pollution,it's urgent to take a measure to improve water quality monitoring system.However,there are a lot of chenllege should be solved in water quality monitoring system,such as non-automatic monitoring system,signal distortion,manual calibration,high cost for system maintenance.Therefore,a system of water quality monitoring and automatic calibrationin is obtained in this article.A water quality monitoring system was proposed after investigating into domestic and overseas' s water quality monitoring system.It was designed by using signal acquisition and automatic calibration techniques,touch screen display technique and sensors.The proposed system consists of two subsystems.They are hardware subsystem and software subsystem.The hardware subsystem was built by using a PIC18F67K22 single-chip,GPRS wireless communication module,power units and printed circuit board.The software subsystem was designed by applying signal filtering,automatic calibration,wireless communication and touch screen techniques.The prototype of the proposed water quality monitoring and automatic calibration system was built,and verified by experiments.Results show that the system have a lot of improvement such as increase the accuracy of the monitored parameters,reduce data distortion and the cost of system operation.
