Research On Adapt Evaluation Of Repeating Batch Processes And Microbiological Technology For Treating Sewage

At present,with the industrialization of the polymer flooding,the concentration of sewage treatment is increasing.The concentration of the polymer is increasing,and the treatment of sewage is more difficult.Oily water,most of which is used for reinjection,and the rest is in outer.Currently,the physical process technology of treating ordinary sewage is unable to meet the needs of the water quality of polymer sewage treatment,and the water quality of the contaminated sewage water is not up to standard.The water contains not only oil,but also solids,floating oil and dissociative oil,and chemical agents.The increase of the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen sewage,caused the water blooms of algae and other fungi,makes water eutrophia and led to the decrease of the dissolved oxygen in water,the fish died,water ecological balance destruction,influence people's normal life and production activities.At the same time,including poly sewage recycle of ground treatment technique,reservoir and wellbore will produce different degree of negative impact,polymer for oil content determination of oily sewage has certain influence,will also cause the conventional sewage gravity filter clogging,inconvenient for oilfield production operation.For this purpose,we applied microorganism process and sequence process to deal with the contaminated sewage,to improve the treatment of the sewage treatment,to realize the separation of oil and water,and to meet the water quality standards.In this paper,the investigated oil deposit has built two polymer sewage treatment station.One is Extraction No.1 polymer sewage treatment station,which of treatment of contaminated water by microbiological technology.The other is Extraction No.2 polymer sewage treatment station,which of treatment of contaminated water by repeated batch process.Two sewage treatment stations take different processes to handle the contaminated water.In view of the existing two kinds of technology of sewage treatment status,based on water quality,water quality after treatment process and index is analyzed,and on the operating costs of the two kinds of processing technology economic evaluation,to grope for the contain together for treatment of sewage,improve containing sewage quality,better make it meet the requirements of outside,on the ground has a certain guiding significance to the sewage treatment process,also has important significance for environmental protection.The research of this paper has certain guiding significance and the use value of treating sewage from oilfield.
