Zhejiang Province is located in the southeast coastal areas of China,is located in the southern tip of the Yangtze River Delta,the rapid economic development of coastal waters caused by environmental pollution.At present,most of the water quality in Zhejiang coastal waters is bad,the eutrophication is serious,the red tide is frequent,and the desertification of some areas is serious.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive ecological environmental health assessment and problem diagnosis in Zhejiang coastal waters and put forward effective control measures to protect water ecological environment in coastal waters of Zhejiang Province and provide scientific basis for the sustainable development of economy and environment protection in Zhejiang Province.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Ecological environmental health assessment of coastal waters in Zhejiang Province was carried out by constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological environmental health of coastal waters with sub-target layers of water environmental quality index,sediment quality index,ecological health index and biological quality index.Evaluation of Zhejiang coastal waters of the ecological environment health.Found that around the city and the main score between 2.3-3 points,generally poor and general,the score is Wenzhou > Ningbo,Zhoushan,Taizhou > Sanmen Bay> Hangzhou Bay,Xiangshan Bay,Yueqing Bay,Jiaxing,the main reason for the poor evaluation results is the lower water environment and ecological scoring.(2)Based on the calculation of the bearing capacity of coastal waters in Zhejiang Province,this paper designs a new method to calculate the new bearing capacity based on the relationship between the measured concentration of pollutants and the input of pollutants in the sea area.The main input targets of the total nitrogen in the prefecture-level cities are: 2600t/a in Ningbo,25884t/a in Wenzhou,24924t/a in Jiaxing,273t/a in Zhoushan and 327t/a in Taizhou;medium and long-term input targets are: Ningbo 2000t/a,Wenzhou 25884t/a,Jiaxing 18693t/a,Zhoushan 273t/a,Taizhou 297t/a.The input targets of the total phosphorus in the cities are as follows: Ningbo 576 t/a,Wenzhou 646 t/a,Jiaxing 4485 t/a,Zhoushan 49 t/a,Taizhou 38 t/a;The input targets of total phosphorus in each city are: 576 t/a in Ningbo,646 t/a in Wenzhou,3541 t/a in Jiaxing,49 t/a in Zhoushan and 38 t/a in Taizhou.(3)Through the calculation of bearing capacity,the main environmental problems such as land-based pollution,eutrophication and ecological damage of sensitive areas in Zhejiang coastal waters were diagnosed.(4)According to the main ecological problems,this paper puts forward some measures to reduce the pollution of green source,control the phosphorus and nitrogen in the Yangtze River,corporate space control,enterprise access control and so on.
