In the oil and gas well production accidents in the world,only the oil and gas well accidents caused by the low efficiency or invalid of the sucker rod column accounted for65-80.From this data we can see that the damage of the sucker rod has become the oil and gas development and production process of the weakest link,as a result of rod pump production further widely used arch-criminal and the culprit,therefore,oil workers in the process of solving the above problems,by using the method of artificial or mechanical it is the inevitable requirement from the source to improve the traditional many coupling single sucker rod connected with the sucker rod long enough to reach the purpose of oil and gas field development.Based on the investigation of a large number of literatures,this paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics and disadvantages of the rigid drive of the conventional pumping unit,and the application of the flexible driving technology in Daqing oilfield.Main features of flexible drive technology.The basic idea of the design of the flexible drive of the pumping unit and the characteristics of the power following driving technology are presented.Study on application effect of flexible driving technology under different working conditions.Furthermore,the operating characteristics and effects of flexible transmission technology in different pumping units and motor combined control mode are studied.Through the research in frequency according to power supply demand driven output,suppression of invalid energy consumption;and the load torque rod and the crank shaft speed,the model of feature recognition system for oil pumping conditions calculated by punching machine,frequency adjustment.The application effect of different fluid supply capacity and different pump diameter wells is studied.
