| Along with the sustained development of the world economy,the demand for oil and natural gas is increasing gradually,which plays an important role as a short-distance transport vehicle.At present,Most of the domestic manufacturers is given priority with experience in design,there exist some unreasonable structure and vehicle overweight phenomenon and the potential risk of transport,which may increase the cost of transport.Therefore,based on CAD/CAE technology for vehicle structural analysis and lightweight design,it is necessary for enterprise to improve the technological content of products and provide design guidance for the future production.In this paper,46m3 oil tanker is taken as the analysis object,and the 3D model of the vehicle is established in CATIA software.The finite element model of the vehicle is built by using the finite element analysis software hypermesh,the stress and deformation of the vehicle are obtained by analyzing the uniform speed,torsion,emergency braking,turning and climbing start five working condition.Analysis shows that tank and frame structure will not be destroyed,can be safe to use.Combined with the results of finite element analysis,the method of size optimization analysis is used to design the tanker.The optimized model is established,and the structural strength of the tank is analyzed under the five working conditions,which proves the feasibility of the lightweight design scheme.The analysis results show that the optimized tankers meet the strength requirements.Free modal analysis was carried out on the optimized tanker to determine the natural frequency and vibration mode of the tanker and to verify the influence of the external excitation on the tank structure.The low frequency of the tanker is very different from the outside excitation and resonate will note be occurred.Liquid sloshing will produce additional load on the structure.For the optimization of the tank model,the numerical simulation analysis method was used to analyses anti-wave plate through SPH,and investigated the influence of the media sloshing on the wave plate under the different filling rate during the actual operation of the tanker.Analysis shows that the anti-wave plate prevent the liquid shaking effectively,Increase the stability of the use of tankers. |
