In the actual production and life,intersecting forms of the tube-tube and tube-plate can be seen everywhere.Each intersecting form corresponds to a kind of intersection curve.The intersection curve is a complex three-dimensional space curve.Its type primarily depends on the shape,size and relative position of the intersection.In order to process welding groove to meet the requirements of welding techniques,and achieve the ideal intersecting lap of tube-tube or tube-plate,it puts forward higher technical requirements on the intersecting line cutting.In this paper,stainless steel pipe intersecting line plasma cutting machine is mainly used to cut stainless steel pipe intersecting.For two kinds of intersecting forms of stainless steel round pipe-round pipe and round pipe-square pipe,the topic has studied the formation mechanism of intersecting line,and has determined the mechanical structure of intersecting line cutting machine.Multi-axis linkage has achieved intersecting line cutting.Through SolidWorks,the three-dimensional solid model of stainless steel pipe intersecting line plasma cutting machine has been drawn.By the homogeneous coordinate transformation,the mathematical model of space intersecting line of round-square tube and round-round tube has been established.Through GUI module in MATLAB programming,the intersecting line mathematical model is simulated.The corresponding space curve can be obtained by inputting arbitrary parameters.The reliability of mathematical models has been verified,and a series of points of plane developed curve has been obtained.According to obtained points,intersection curve is fit by Origin software,and the general quadratic curve is obtained.General quadratic curve commonly uses comparative integral interpolation algorithm.The comparative integral interpolation algorithm combines the advantages of point by point comparison method and DDA.It has the characteristics of high interpolation precision,simple operation and easy speed control.Therefore,the paper has studied the comparative integral interpolation principle.Situations about line and general quadratic curve interpolation have been analyzed.The pulse interval and tolerance about line and general quadratic curve has been solved.Intersecting line dedicated G-code of CNC system has been set.The dynamic simulation of the intersection curve interpolation process has been realized by visual programming software VB 6.0.The hardware structure of stainless steel pipe intersecting line plasma cutting machine CNC system adopts PC + GOOGOL motion controller.The hardware structure of CNC system adopts multi-tasking and parallel processing methods.The software program design of intersecting line plasma cutting machine CNC system has been completed by visual programming software VB 6.0 software.By loading the NC code,the intersection line interpolation simulation of tube-tube and tube-plate has been achieved.The experiment shows that the study of intersecting line plasma cutting machine CNC system has the characteristics of friendly interface,strong operability and wide application.It laid the technical foundation of theory and practice for intersection curve manufacturing of tube-tube and tube-plate.
