| Feed system as an important part of the NC machine tool,and the dynamic characteristics of gear parameters,directly affects the machining quality does not match the control parameters.And the dynamic characteristic of flexible feed system of the deceleration parameter mismatch will not only make the moving parts vibrate in high speed machining will make errors in machining parts in the process of low acceleration will improve the processing quality,but the processing time is longer,the efficiency is low;the higher the acceleration will be processed parts in a short period of time,but the deceleration mutation will reduce the machining quality.Therefore,it has important meaning in theory and with the dynamic characteristics of NC machine tool feed system flexible deceleration parameter based on the flexible feed system.As the research object,through modeling,parameter tuning,and deceleration parameters determined with the three part of the simulation research on the issues with a body of work.As follows:(1)In view of the different influence of the weak link on the dynamic characteristics of the NC feed system,the modeling method of the flexible feed system based on three inertia is proposed.Due to several effects of dynamic characteristics of feed system of the weak link from lower order to higher order distribution,and the high order frequency filter can be used to remove it,affect the dynamic characteristics of the system two low order(weak coupling,screw nut pairs)of similar frequency.Therefore,in order to study the influence of the two most weak links on the dynamic characteristics of flexible feed system,this paper establishes the dynamic model of the feed system three inertia.(2)For the flexible feed system is difficult to accurately control parameter tuning problem,put forward the PI parameter of mechanical drive system based on characteristic parameters tuning method.Because the control parameters commonly used tuning method of error or tuning efficiency is low,and not for the high order system for setting effective method,therefore the root locus method and statistics by using the method of mechanical transmission links based on characteristic parameters of the speed loop,position loop PI tuning parameters are derived,and can directly determine the PI parameters according to the mechanical characteristic parameters of the formula,the control parameters and the root locus method by using the formula to calculate the frequency domain method,comparison results show that this method greatly improves the control parameters of the feed system CNC machine tool setting efficiency.(3)According to the dynamic characteristics of NC machine tools with the deceleration parameter does not match the low processing efficiency problems,put forward a method to determine the acceleration and deceleration parameters based on dynamic characteristic parameters of the feed system.According to the derived parameters and the linear dynamic characteristics,S curve acceleration and deceleration parameter relationship,using Matlab and Vc software processing interface simulation formula of linear acceleration and deceleration,the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,and the method for the following research to find an efficient and convenient method of acceleration and deceleration has laid a theoretical foundation. |
