| Now, in the most of NC systems, solving methods are provided by special manufacturer in the close structure. Adding function is very complex in these NC systems, so we only can depend on the system's producer. At the same time, if a NC system being transferred to another different NC system, or the same style products of a NC system producer being improved, which all have many difficulties. Base on this situation, the traditional CNC system can't solve these problems, so the open CNC system appears. The open CNC system, using the control equipment of soft linking, wants to acquire the flexible excellence. It is fit for the development acquirement of modern techniques. The modularization can satisfy the configuring modifying and extension and make the modules from different sellers assemble a complete system quickly. It is the base of system, fit for the middle and small batch machining, having good flexibility and many functions. It satisfies the acquirement about adapting market changing quickly and NC technology fast development. As a result, from the development direction of NC system, it has the important actual effecting and value to study the structure and pivotal technologies of open CNC system.The SOFT style CNC system we studied is one of open CNC system. Combining with the actual project, this paper studies deeply some important technologies, for instance the acceleration/deceleration control high speed high accuracy micro-line interpolation endpoint control algorithm.This paper has six chapters. Chapter one introduce the development course of NC technologies above all, and then explain open loop and closed loop acceleration/deceleration control method about CNC system. At last, giving the significance of study. Chapter two interprets the influence for the precision and solving method from the side of servo system characteristic, explaining the relation between it and speed at the same time, and then analyze the selection way of some parameters which affect speed control. At last, this chapter tells us the method of acquiring speed and acceleration and some problems satisfying actual situation. Chapter three introduces some normal acceleration/deceleration control methods firstly, ex the liner and S curve, then specifies the quartic curve control method detailedly from method theory, realization way, experiment result. At last, these control methods are compared to explain their advantages and disadvantages. Chapter four tell us the position control technology mainly. The first is the high speed high accuracy algorithm which can be applied into the empty moving well. The second is micro-line interpolation endpoint control algorithm, analyzing the error and showing it is very important in the actual machining. Chapter five is main about the actual application of acceleration/deceleration control method in the SOFT style CNC system. First, introducing the whole structure of the NC system, including the hardware and software. Then, explaining the using way of acceleration/deceleration control method in this system. At last, by an actual example, validating and comparing these control methods introduced in this paper. Chapter six, also the last chapter, summarizes the study progress in whole paper and expecting the development of open NC system later. |
