Research On Environmental Impact Assessment In Shale Gas Resource Development

Energy is principal to promote the development of nation and guarantee human's living.Our country,which still remains the developing stage,has the biggest population and demands for resources.Shale gas takes the advantages of cleaning,high efficiency,and good quality as a new one,with a huge amount of reserving and exploring potential.Therefore,it is a vital project for our country in the future of energy discovery to deal with shale gas.However,viewing from the exploring experience of United States,shale gas indeed has effect on natural environment along with some problems,too.Currently,Chinese study on shale gas still remains in a primary stage,similar comments are more concerned about economic evaluation than environmental effect.So environmental impact assessment about the exploration of shale gas is deadly needed,particularly in the natural eco-environment aspect,to avoid the error of treatment after pollution.My article is based on those environmental influences and evaluate them.In this paper,we worked on the environmental impact assessment of shale gas resource development on the basic of relevant theories about research results of assessment from both domestic and abroad.There are six parts of my report: the first chapter studied the academic literature in recent years,and makes an deeper understanding of its development and tendency involving domestic and international ideas on shale gas development.Compared advantages with disadvantages,the contents and ideas of this paper are summarized;Chapter 2 stated that in the process of developing shale gas resources,various technological and environmental problems of exploration,huge cost of time and the impact on the environment.Besides,with the background of laws and standards for the evaluation,we determined to do a research on environmental impact assessment;Chapter 3 dealed with the exact impacts of shale gas development in different stages correspondingly.We majored in the natural environment,including water environment,including the ecological,atmosphere,sound environment and geo-environment,which are regarded as main contents and key factors.In chapter 4,it indicated the selection and establishment principles of the assessment,and the main factors of the evaluation in the scope and criteria for sorting.Chapter 5 made a list of various methods.By judging those measures,this paper chose the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)as the main method in this part.The main contents of this paper are as the following: 1 general environmental assessment index,5 environmental evaluation indexes,34 specific evaluation indexes,and a comprehensive evaluation index system for environmental impact assessment of shale gas resources development.In chapter 6,it explored and analyzed the project of FY shale gas resources development in Sichuan to prove the scientific meaning of this paper and draw the relevant research results.Hierarchical structure analysis model for environmental impact assessment of shale gas development.Chapter 6 refered to the FY shale gas project in Sichuan Province,as a scientific nature of this paper,and draw the related conclusions.
