| Petrochina liaohe petrochemical company second joint operation department gas fractionation unit has experienced many times from building device unit overhaul and optimized transformation,device greatly improved its production capacity,but there are still some problems need to be solved in the production,such as the device exists in the daily production operation content of raw material gas points C3 volatility,the tower of operating parameters to be optimized,the reflux ratio is not suitable,high energy consumption of unit production.In this paper,using the Aspen plus simulation system for the second joint operation department gas fractionation unit of liaohe petrochemical company daily production operation was studied and the problems of optimization and the device to explore the energy saving measures in the process of production,through the Aspen plus simulation system for the device one by one the three rectification tower,optimization,optimal parameters,to respond to gas points C3 content change and other production problems,ensure gas points in the product quality under the premise of qualified,find out the tower operation parameters(such as feed temperature,reflux ratio and pressure)affect plant production and energy consumption.Gas fractionation unit of tuning objectives are: to guarantee the purity of propylene products of 99.60%(wt)or conditions,using the Aspen Plus process simulation software,after find out the optimized parameters are the key to deal with the parameters of the raw materials and conditions change,the propylene loss falls within the scope of qualified,find out the tower pressure,temperature,reflux ratio,the product quality requirements and other parameters on the device operating conditions,the impact of energy consumption,such as simulation optimization after the depropanizer reflux ratio from the current 1.65 to 1.35,the pressure as much as possible to low pressure operation,while the deethanizer feed temperature in 45~50℃ is good,can not only ensure the ethane content in propylene tower feed≯0.0015(v/v),take off the ethane tower propylene content in dry gas emissions not overmuch,propylene loss is small,and can reduce the dosage of bottom heat source.Propylene rectification column feed position during 72~80 plate feeding is the best feed position,the propylene rectification tower top and bottom heat load and cooling load reflux ratio are the youngest,and the top of the tower,tower kettle propylene content can reach qualified indicators separation effect is best.Propylene rectification tower optimized the reflux ratio from the current 18 to 14,can reduce the bottom heat load 23.98%,improving economic efficiency of unit.Application of the optimized parameters to the actual production operation,each tower,smooth operation,product quality accords with a requirement,for the plant operation management,fault analysis,and provides theory basis for operation optimization. |
