With the exploration and development of oilfield,deep or super deep wells are getting more and more,such as Chen Gu Qianshan,Xing Gu Qianshan,Ma Gu Qianshan,Da Mingtun Qianshan oil block that has proven that these block has good oil and gas shows,some wells have been put into operation has been mined,and get high oil gas production,exploration and development of deep reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield will become the main development direction of future production,and most of these reservoirs over 4000 meters,due to the super deep reservoir are tight lithology,low permeability,low yield industrial oil and gas,fracturing the reservoir is imperative.In this paper,super deep well fracturing technology research,through the development of high strength and low density ceramic proppant,solve the excessive settlement problems in fracturing fluid,artificial cracks in the uniform sand;through the formulation system of super deep well fracturing fluid,fracturing fluid to solve the super deep under the condition of high temperature high shearing,ensure the fracturing of super deep success;through the study of the weighted fracturing fluid system,solve the problem of the construction of super deep well pump pressure is too high,the specific contents are as follows:(1)High strength and low density ceramsite refining technologyHigh strength and low density proppant,can not only meet the requirements of deep well fracturing,but also helps to improve the flow capacity of production layer,the high strength and low density proppant test results show that: preparation of high strength and low density can decrease the porosity rate of proppant,thus reducing the crack generated on specimen the surface,effectively improve the crushing resistance;promote the grain growth and the formation of a large number of closed porosity,apparent density declined;the morphology change,produce a large number of rod like mullite,to enhance the toughening effect.(2)Super deep well fracturing fluid formula systemOf polymer modified guar gum is widely used in water-based fracturing in operation,under the condition of high temperature,oxygen dissolved in water to get enough energy through the split into active support of free radicals,the modified guar gum polymer ether in the most vulnerable to health,susceptible to oxidative degradation of oxygen free radical attacks,so super deep well fracturing fluid system is difficult through the screening and optimization of formula,find a way to meet the fracturing fluid temperature at 150 degrees above,shear time can still meet the requirements of carrying sand fracturing fluid formula system in more than 90 min,is the key technology for high temperature and high shear and the amount of crosslinking agent and temperature stabilizer.(3)The technology of Fracturing fluid aggravation of adjustable densityDuring fracturing,the wellhead pressure is high,and there is no use of the fracturing fluid and the pump unit equipment to construction currently.Fracturing truck new machine maximum working pressure is about 103 MPa,however,due to the perennial huge work load,the pressure cannot be able to withstand the pressure of more than 100 MPa,in the construction of more than 80 MPa when the pump unit frequently fails,affect the fracturing construction smoothly,so in order to effectively reduce the pumping pressure,increasing the wellbore fluid column pressure,adapt to the special strata,reduce the ground high pressure pump,ensure the safety of production quality,the density adjustable pressure fracturing fluid technology is proposed,through the indoor experiment,we have obtained a set of weighting agent formula,aggravating agent cross linking of super deep well fracturing fluid system,temperature has little effect,without much impact on the formation damage,and can effectively prolong crosslinking time for super deep well fracturing to provide technical assurance.
