As the development becomes more and more difficult for the middle and late period reservoirs and the simultaneously increasing demand for oil and gas resources,a successful exploration of glutenite reservoirs which is a kind of subtle and unconventional reservoir can effectively ease the current pressure of demand for oil and gas.With accurately comprehend the depositional environment,physical characteristics,actual operational problems in Inner Mongolia glutenite reservoir of zhongyuan oilfield,a visual fracture walls friction test device has been designed according to the similarity principle.By modifying the gravel particle diameters,gravel concentrations,filtration rates,and other parameters,this paper simulated the liquid flow pattern and influential factors of friction drag,The experiment results proved that there are circuitousness movement around the gravels,and proppant slugs can effectly grind the walls and reduce the friction drag.In order to make a balance between macro structure and micro mechanism,ANSYS FLUENT software was used to simulate the fracturing fluid flow pattern and the local pressure distribution in the glutenite fracture,analyzed the influential factors of friction,and verified the effectiveness of experimental results at the same time.Combined with the reservoir physical characteristics and core sensitivity and permeability damage experiments,fracturing fluid additives optimization and proppant flow conductivity evaluation experiments,according to materials' applicability and disadvantage,the paper optimized the system of fracturing fluid and proppant,and applied it to the glutenite well X1,which showed an obvious stimulation effect.The conclusions of this paper will provide theoretical basis for glutenite fracturing and could be instructive to a more efficient and safer field operation.The conclusions of this paper will provide theoretical basis for the application of glutenite fracturing and could be instructive to field operation in Inner Mongolia prospect area.
