According to the present situation of the perforating depth calculation,the manual operation is still the only way.After investigated the development and application of computer processing technology of perforation depth data at home and abroad,and combined the previous research results and the actual production,We have designed the main function and realization method of computer processing system for perforating depth data.The data of the original log data of different formats are pretreated,including the logging data format of each oil production,sampling the point matching before and after the casing curve,contrast the curve playback.The main content of the perforation depth calculation is the contact mark and depth correction.Using the relative amplitude method coupling signal peak recognition,Calculate the coupling depth and casing length,in order to realize the automatic plotting.We design two kinds of depth correction methods for the natural gamma spike calibration and the depth correction.We identify the natural gamma spikes that meet the calibration criteria by calculating the steepness and skewness.By comparing the amplitude difference of the microelectrode curve,the negative anomaly of the natural gamma curve and the data of the small layer,the contrast layer is determined.The automatic calculation results are applied directly to the perforation site,So that the site can be synchronized playback of the coupling curve and direct guidance of the depth of field data.In the aspect of optimization design of the assembling method of perforating guns,the design method is improved,and the full opening of the oil layer is realized,the cost of the perforating equipments is controlled reasonably,the labor intensity is reduced,and the standardization degree of the construction is improved.Through this research content,the computer processing of perforating depth data is realized.After Popularizated and applicated in Daqing Oilfield,improve the calculation efficiency of perforation depth,guarantee calculation precision,reduce perforation construction difficulty.
