But the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste industry belongs to the branch of environmental protection industry, and is one of the emerging industries. For now, the government’s support plays a leading role. Therefore,Based on the related literature, this paper analysis how the government investment promote comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste. The particular way is selecting some influence variables to promote comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste. The analysis shows that each region has a strong dependence when performing industrial solid waste utilization, and there is a spillover effect of technology and knowledge. At the same time,comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste has very strong positive externalities, and the policy and the investment of the government is the key.The regression results show: to some extent, the government investment promotes the development of the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste, but the correlation coefficient is small, and influence is faint. It proves that the government investment is not enough to significantly promote comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste. The second, put the above factors as inputs and industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization as outputs to analysis efficiency. The result shows: the industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization efficiency is generally low, and especially the technological progress index is small. It is directly related to the insufficientgovernment input. Government investment is insufficient, and other financing ways are more difficult. So, enterprises cannot update technology and import equipments. In the end, it hinders the process of industrialization. The third,based on the above research, this paper argues that building the incentive mechanism, dynamic mechanism and input mechanism to promote the industrialization of industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization and improve the utilization efficiency. It provides reference for scale development, market development and industrialization about promoting the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste in our country. |
