The carrying capacity of water environment refers to in a certain period of time, a certain state, ability to support a regional water environment on human activities. Study on water environmental carrying capacity index system and quantitative method, to ensure the coordinated development of the regional water environment and human economic activities and make scientific management decisions for the protection of water environment, has important significance.For China's large area of rural areas, due to water pollution caused by the shortage of water resources and regional environmental pollution has become China's urgent need to solve the comprehensive environmental problems. Scientific and correct assessment of the carrying capacity of rural water is the key work to ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources in villages and towns and to reduce the environmental problems caused by water pollution, and is also an important part of the research on the water environment of the villages and towns.This study choose Fushan town, Chengmai County, Hainan Province as the research object, through field research, department visits and data access and other ways, get a lot of data.On the basis of the data obtained from investigation, water environment evaluation model of PSR of Fushan town were carried out based on the analysis of the pressure, state and response analysis, the results show that although the population density of Fushan town is not big, but the population growth rate is rapidly increased. With the development of economy, the water consumption of Fushan town is also growing; indicators of state of the water environment in Fushan town mainly nine indicators of annual precipitation, CODcr emissions of load, analysis results show that Fushan town's CODcr discharge load and environmental condition indicators in a rising state; Fushan town to deal with water environment pressure index to make the response including town built District sewage treatment rate, environmental investment as a percentage of GDP for index, investigation and study and the analysis results that Fushan town sewage treatment situation is improving year by year, 2014 completion area sewage treatment rate has reached 83%.On the basis of analysis, the study establishment of the Fushan town water environment carrying capacity evaluation index system, using the index system, Select the AHP and multi index comprehensive evaluation method to build the water environmental carrying capacity evaluation model. According t o the established evaluation model and evaluation level, this study of Fushan town 2011-2014 water environment bearing capacity were calculated. Research shows that in 2011 and 2012, Fushan town water environment bearing force level for weak bearing, 2013 bearing grade rise for bearing, to 2014, has reached good bearing state.
