Measure The Source Of Haze And Convergence Test

With the development of economy and society, people increasingly focus on air pollution problem. Especially in recent years, the haze occurred frequently which has bad influence on people’s lives, work and health, and also it makes the sight of people focus on the problem of air pollution. The major factors affecting the quality of air are motor vehicle emissions, industrial emissions, dust emission, etc., so how much these factors respectively contributed to the air pollution becomes the problem of this paper, and the study will also point out the direction for further alleviating the air pollution problem.Although foreign scholars have a lot of research, less domestic scholars have explored this issue by the panel data model with interaction effect. In order to measure the contribution rates of various factors affecting the quality of the air under the background of established technology and system, this paper based on the data of 29 provinces(cities, districts) in China during 1998 ~ 1998, constructs the panel data model of interaction effect with constraints, and then estimates using the iterative least square method. According to the results, the influence of constriction emissions, vehicle emissions and industrial emissions in each region is different. The results shows that the motor vehicle emissions, industrial emissions and dust emission all have important influence on air pollution on the whole. However studying by area, the result is different. The eastern region is mainly motor vehicle emissions, and the central region is mainly dust emissions, and the western region is mainly industrial emissions. And as time goes on, the role of technology and system on energy conservation and emissions reduction shows the tendency of increase year by year. Although the convergence test results show that air qu ality is improving, its speed is slowing and tends to stable. If our country want to change the air quality thoroughly, a profound change in technology and system is urgently needed.
