The zinc conjugated linoleates is a new compound to treat skin disorders particularly in recent years,to eczema,psoriasis and dermatitis,and also compositions and their use in treatment of cancer,particularly skin cancer,which treat skin diseases.The host medicine was synthesized using the conjugated linoleic acid with fatty acid group and milk acid property and soluble zinc salt as preparations api.Using the milk acid property of the conjugated linoleic acid in this paper,we finally prepared the zinc conjugated linoleates intelligent hydrogel.The synthesis of the host medicine was using the conjugated linoleic acid as the raw material.According to the weak acid property of the conjugated linoleic acid,the alkali metal soap was prepared by using the conjugated linoleic acid in presence of alkali metal hydroxide or alkali metal alcoholize content,followed by the soluble zinc salt solution to produce the zinc conjugated linoleates.We took preliminary structure identification,studied on content analysis methods and investigated its stability.By comparing the infrared spectrum of the zinc conjugated linoleates and the conjugated linoleic acid,the ketone group of the conjugated linoleic acid took a bathochromic shift,which conforms to infrared absorption rules.We took a further certification through comparing the contents of the zinc conjugated linoleates according to the conjugated linoleic acid group and the zinc ion.The results showed that the average yield of synthesizing the the zinc conjugated linoleates was 67%.The final products was off-white powder.According to the stress testing of high temperature,high humidity and illumination test,the zinc conjugated linoleates host medicine was not affected by high humidity and illumination test.The color and content were not change in the high temperature of 40℃,but the off-white powder was changed into flaxen powder,and its content down larger in the high temperature of 60℃.So we should save and preserve avoid high temperature.In this paper,the zinc conjugated linoleates was prepared into intelligent hydrogel.In the selection of prescription,we used carbomer and poloxamer as the main excipients.We optimized the dosage ratio of main components and selected the optimum prescription according to the appearance,the phase-change temperatures and viscosity,and finally determined the dosages of antioxygen,preservatives and penetration enhancers.We investigated the appearance,PH,viscosity,granularity,microbial limits,phase-change temperatures,content and content uniformity of the zinc conjugated linoleates intelligent hydrogel.The content of the zinc conjugated linoleates was determined according to the conjugated linoleic acid group and the zinc ion.We established the quality monitoring system of the zinc conjugated linoleates intelligent hydrogel refer to Chinese pharmacopoeia.The optimal gel prescription was flowing liquid at room temperature,but was solidification when it was close to human body temperature.This helped to adherent to the skin surface,cover and protect the wound.The hydrogel was content uniformity,which the relative standard deviation of accuracy test was 0.44%and the spiking recovery was 0.57%.The stability testing showed that the stability of the zinc conjugated linoleates was not affected by the low temperature,high humidity and illumination test,but the content of host medicine was declined by about 7%in the condition of 60 ℃ high temperature,while the content of it was stable in high temperature 40 ℃.Therefore,the preparations should be saved and preserved in low temperature.
