There are 25 provinces, more than 100 cities with varying degrees of fog and haze, which causes respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, blood diseases and other diseases,serious harm to people's health, December 9, 2013, in China. Fog and haze is primarily a weather state caused by excessive levels of a variety of suspended particulate matter, especially PM2.5 is considered to be the greatest harm.Currently, the method widely used in the inhibition of industrial flue gas dust emissions are bag dust removal systems, cyclone dust removal systems and so on. They can work effectively, at an industrial flue gas environment when temperature below 400?. High-temperature ceramic balls flue gas dust removal system is mainly for high-temperature industrial flue gas emissions, and experiments show that the system can efficiently remove industrial high-temperature flue gas dust.High temperature ceramic ball flue gas dust removal technology is a new development in recent years.And now,the design basis of high-temperature ceramic ball flue gas cleaning system is mainly from experience and there is no theoretical basis for practical guidance.In order to more fast and more efficiently design a flue gas dust removal system that can work for long hours and also can efficiently remove the dust of flue gas.In order to faster and more efficiently design flue gas dust removal system, model of high temperature ceramic ball flue gas dust removal system has been imminent.In this thesis,use electrical analog methods to analyze the theoretical model of high temperature ceramic balls dust removal system.Studies are as follows:(1)Gas dynamics and RLC circuit equations have a similar form of mathematical relationships.the consistency in mathmatic form,to some extent,reflects the physical essence between them in certain common law,and we defines the air impedance, airflow and air pressure source three physical. Combining this form and the law of conservation of energy,we establish the simple qualitative electrical analog model.(2)On the basis of simple qualitative model,combine with the principle of experimental statistics,and find out the quantitative electrical analog model between ceramic ball layer impedance and gas accumulation in flue dust.(3) Verify the electrical analog model by comparing experimental data and predictions.(4)based on the verified electrical analog model and different needs of flue gas removal, design appropriate high temperature flue gas dust removal system with ceramic balls...
