A study of the behavior of fluidization was carried out in a self-design.fluidized bed,using FCC catalysts and air is fluidizing medium.The experiment the flow state of both gas and solid in the cap of flat tip;conical cap and cap of turbination tip vertical sieve tray fluidized bed.The influence of the gas velocity in tray hole,the circulation of solid and the height of the gap on pressure drop of the bed was studied.The influence of elevated quantity of the cap,height of the gap and plate aperture and so on factors was measured.The influence of solid particle entrainment of the cap,height of the gap and plate aperture and so on factors was measured.The influence of flow of solids of the cap,gas velocity and height of the gap so on factors was measured.The results of experiment showed that various factors on the cap of flat tip and conical cap and cap of turbination tip vertical sieve had the same effects.But the pressure drop of the bed of the turbination cap vertical sieve tray is lower,cap of flat tip and conical cap on pressure drop of the bed were small.The elevated quantity of the cap of the turbination tip vertical sieve tray is higher,elevated quantity of the cap of the cap of flat tip is lower.The solid particle entrainment of cap of turbination tip is lower,solid particle entrainment of cap of flat tip is higher,the conical cap in between the two type tap.The more the gas velocity in tray hole si increased,the more low solids is decreased.The more the height of the gap si increased,the more low solids is increased.
