The longitudinal heterogeneity of Zhanazhol Oilfield reservoirs is serious,the reserves producing degree is low,the isotope testing profile shows the parts of the water absorbing ability in different layers and interlayers are more prominent contradiction in water injection Wells.Face to the serious situation of oilfield development,the commingled water injection technology and conventional management cann't control the water cut increase,the oil production decline is too difficult to control.In view of the Zhanazhol Oilfield reservoir characteristics and the developing problems,the slip supporting bridge eccentric separated layer water injection technology has been researched to fit for the Zhanazhol Oilfield reservoir development and also can control water rising velocity effectively,slow down the production decline,improve oilfield development effect radically.The packers adopts the mechanical type to set,this operation technology need not use the pump truck to release packers,can reduce the construction cost,and avoid liquid surface condition is not clear.The eccentric blanking plug can be loaded corresponding water nozzle when the operation is begun.The string can be injected water normally after the packers have been set and sealed and reduce shut-in time.When need to wash the well,the water is injected from casing,the well-flushing device can be opened to achieve the circulation washing well purpose,at the same time,this well-flushing design can also be based on circular kill well before the string is trip out to achieve the blowout prevention purpose.Packers are anchored on the casing inside wall to avoid the tubings and string are fluctuation to influence the packers' element when the water is flooded.The FLUENT fluid dynamics analysis software simulates the internal flow field in the eccentric blanking plug in the actual situation.The parameters can confirm the influence of the performance relationship,determine the structure of the flow coefficient,find the rules of the different eccentric blanking plug flowrate in different pressure,optimize the structure size and provide the basis data for the engineering application.From the above described in this paper,this technology research aims at the Zhanazhol Oilfield current problems directly,has strong targeted purpose,the researched achievement has strong practicality and wide application prospects in Zhanazhol oilfield at present and in the future development.
