For the small oil fields,Injection-Production for the same well is a feasible and effective method to keep the rational reservoir pressure Injection-Production technology for the same well is selecting the water above reservoir section as a water source in water-injected well,and installing the packer and pump,then making the water from the upper layer directly into the oil reservoirs.Because there is a high requirement to water,a water process equipment to control solid concentration and particle must be installed.This paper give a kind of Process String which can filter and remove sand efficiently according to the working environment and processing requirements.It also introduce the function,structure and working principleof the throwing-in and pulling filter,helical removing sand equipment,inertia sedimentation removing sand equipment,and select power equipment,packer,a testing device for the Process String.Helical removing sand equipment is the important part of the system,the structure and size is achieved by numerical simulation combined with laboratory test.Select the algebraic slip model(ASM)as two-phase flow model of helical removing sand equipment,and select the Reynolds Stress Model(RSM)as turbulence model,based on the control volume method,use simple algorithm,conduct numerical simulation,obtain the velocity field,pressure field,liquid-sand concentration distribution and turbulent kinetic energy distribution and variation.The variation on structural parameters has an effect on separating performance,we analyse that optimum structure parameters and theoretical separation efficiency of it.and get a relation between variation of operation parameters and separation efficiency and press drop.The experimental data to the numerical simulation results are verified,the results show that the separation efficiency and pressure drop data agree well with the numerical simulation results,verify the numerical model reliability.It is also necessary to carry out indoor experiment to verify the numerical simulation,so that further improve the structure and properties of removing sand equipment,realize the optimization of structure and give a reliable basis for practical technology applications.
