Research On Separate Layer Production Technology In Fuyu Oilfield

Research on separate layer production technology started in Fuyu Oilfield from 2005.Although certain progress has been made,application on a large scale is not realized because a lot of deficiency of separate layer production process applied now can’t be avoided.Fuyu Oilfield has come into high-cut water development phase.Fuyu Oilfield has entered into high water-cut stage now,gas injection and water injection have resulted in interlayer interference rather seriously.And interlayer interference will become more serious.More oil wells needing to be applied by the technology of separate layer production will increase dramatically.Therefore more effective technology of separate layer production is needed to study in order to solve the difficult problem of low pressure layer recovered more effectively.Based on study on the technology of separate layer production before,more effective technology of separate layer production is being developed in a lot of blocks in Fuyu Oilfield,according to many problems were encountered in test in Fuyu Oilfield and other oilfields before.By optimizing and assessing of dual pump separate layer production process before,single pump separate layer production process is designed and applied in Fuyu Oilfield more properly.These processes are dual fluent pressure passed pump single pump separate layer production process、dual fluent pressure connected pump single pump separate layer production process which are appropriate for dual layers separate layer production,and connected pump single pump separate layer production process used for three or more layers.Field test and application show that the two dual fluent pressure separate layer production process can be used for solving the wells whose upper layer is high pressure oil layer,downer layer is low pressure oil layer or upper layer is low pressure,downer layer is high pressure oil layer,and low pressure layer recovered more effectively by using three or more layers single pump separate layer production process.By application of 97 oil wells in Fuyu Oilfield,the three separate layer production have some benefits:more simple used in oilfield、stable and reliable seal,dynamic liquid surface can be tested,oil wells can be washed,fluent pressure can be set freely,production cost are low,applied properly in oilfield on a large scale.And the three separate layer production process can lessen the interlayer interference,make water-cut become lower,increase the production of single well,prolong the effective date.The prospect of the application on a large scale is very good.
