In view of the low permeability,scattered small block oilfield with in the process of water injection wells,the erosion phenomenon of electric submersible pump over-current components appear,the establishment of numerical model of solid-liquid two-phase turbulent flow and erosion mathematical model based on not only has a strong theoretical significance,but also has high application value.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign solid-liquid two-phase turbulent flow and erosion wear theory,combined with the actual water injection wells in the study,the particle trajectory model framework proposed by Euler-Lagrange method to study the solid-liquid two-phase turbulent flow advantage,starting from the basic equations of Euler-Lagrange method,numerical study of the electric submersible pump impeller and impeller of solid-liquid two-phase flow,and using the theory to study the Erosion Regularity of erosion.This paper studies on the fluid in the Eulerian coordinate system,the internal flow field of solid particle flow components of the numerical simulation is carried out in the Lagrange coordinate system,determine the appropriate boundary conditions,the equation is closed,constitute a complete problem.The governing equations are solved using the finite volume method,using Fluent for electric submersible pump internal flow field of flow parts of numerical simulation,the electric submersible pump impeller and impeller internal flow field velocity distribution,pressure distribution and erosion distribution and the distribution law.Results were compared with the actual operating condition by numerical simulation,the numerical simulation method was verified.According to the numerical simulation obtained,through methods for overall process pipe column for optimization and local optimization of impeller structure,proposes the protection scheme,and provides a new idea for erosion protection of electric submersible pump.To further promote the development of electrical submersible pump wells with water,prolong the service life,reduce the cost,has economic benefits and good application prospects.
