Full bore test and fluid operated pump coupling technology research and application is mainly probe to the exploration Wells in Jilin Oilfield most don't have the ability to artesian flow and formation fluid can not flow to the ground when formation testing.We can not obtain the real capacity of the formation.Because the formation pollution is serious,we don't have access to the real formation fluid only by formation test process.Formation test and fluid operated pump coupling technology application can be admitted to the formation parameters,also can get the real capacity in the formation,at the same time can do clean well test.Because The produce depth is greater than the swabbing for depth in the fluid operated pump,the application of it is wider.“The technology of full bore test and fluid operated pump be made united "can do the squeeze operations such as fracturing and acidizing operations at the same time,can compare the effect of fracturing before and after fracturing.In the process of research of the project,designed down hole equipments such as the pump barrel,the pump core,the pump anchor device,pressure measuring device,sampling assembly and shallow well test valve successfully,achieved the following techniques:(1)When fluid operated pump in reverse circulation,the pump fixes the pump core within the pump barrel by the anchoring device to realize direct circulation and inverse circulation to produce,satisfy the different well conditions fluid operated pump drainage for the need of production.(2)After the fluid operated pump cleaned up and calculated output,manometric equipment can put through down hole closure within 1 second.The pressure capsule begins to record the build-up pressure.Then we can get the real data.(3)When cycling calculated output,formation fluid get into the pump core through sampling device,while the pump on the ground is shut,formation fluid is sealed in the sample.Sampling device is not affected by external pressure,the samples are not lost on pump core return period,and 100%formation fluid samples were obtained.(4)The three united calculated output technologies of Perforating-test-hydraulic pump drainage are obtained by designing a series of tools such as pump barrel(fracture),pump barrel(test),pump bore(positive),pump bore(discharge),carriers outside,carriers inside,sand control packer.(5)The APR shallow well test technology of the well depth less than 3500 m,realize that we test the pressure using pressure controlled device without voltage regulation.This technology is not only save the production cost,but also greatly improve the success rate of the construction,changes the situation that the APR testing tools can't construction in winter.By studying this project,a hydraulic pump reverse circulation seeking production,pressure,sampling techniques and full bore test-perforation-hydraulic pump seeking production techniques were formed.The full capacity formations,pressures,temperatures and other real information were got,reached the required technical description when opening project.Provide for our exploration and development of oil and gas reservoirs reliable basis to achieve a safe and clean oil test,creating considerable economic benefits,eliminating the security risks,having incalculable social benefits and good application prospects.
