The stable operation of mine power supply system is the base of the coal mine inall production work,it is not only related to the production efficiency of the coal enterprise,but also has an important impact on the coal mine safety.The defects of thetraditional operation mode of mine power supply design,such as the low level of information,dispersed design process, enormous artificial calculations, poor accuracy and long cycle,haveled to it cann’t meet the current needs of mine power supply design work.According to the needs of the mine power supply design work,this paper bases onVRMine GIS platform,adopts the modular design thought and centralizes thediscrete operation mode of traditional mine power supply design,to design and develop asoftware system,which contains the power supply system drawing, database construction, thecalculation of power supply parameters,the choice and check calculation of electricalequipment and breaker,and the output report of power supply design result.Firstly,this paper studies and analyses the mathematical models and design principles ofmine power supply design, through the analysis and study of the developmenttools,development environment,and running environment,puts forward a set of achievablealgorithm procedures.By using object-oriented modeling idea,this paper models the mine power supplysystem,makes classification and abstract expression for all the electrical equipments,studiesthe expression and storage of electrical relationship,througn embedding all the calculationmodels into entity data models,the system can quickly and accurately finish circuit currentcalculation, long working current calculation,voltage loss calculation,breaker relay settingcalculation and so on,this system software will liberate the power supply design staffs fromheavy artificial calculations,to channel their energies into the design and optimization ofpower system structure.In order to meet the demand of power system drawing,this paper designs and develops a specialized module to draw the power supply system drawing,througn the design anddevelopment of mechanical and electrical equipment symbol library and its managementmodule,and through organization and development of drawing commands,the software systemcan quickly finish and update the power supply system drawing,and meets the specificationrequirements.Lastly,this paper applys the API of Word object model to design and develop an outputmodule for power supply results,after finishing the power supply work,by using this modulecan fastly and conveniently output a power supply report.Through the design anddevelopment of abundant and friendly User Interfaces,this system can meet operationalrequirements of different levels of staffs,and has certain practical significance to improvingthe efficiency of mine power supply design work,and advancing the level of information andmodernization management of coal enterprise.
