Bamboo-splitting is an equipment to cut the bamboo into standard tile bambooes.Traditional Bamboo-splitting is totally dependent on the mechanical structure and principleto design.It just rely on manual to feed, select cutter and split bamboo. When operator placed bamboo on table manually, if plate forward to splitting bamboo while the operatoris not departure table timely, then people are likely to be injured. Low automation traditional bamboo splitting requires more human resources, therefore, the cost of splitting bamboo is still increase.So the main purpose of this study is to increase the splitting bamboo's level of automation splitting and reduce the cost.For these purposes,we design an automated bamboo-splitting system, including feeding stage,selecting cutter and on the heart stage,splitting bamboo stage. Based on this system, we present the hardware design, software design and human-computer interface design,while discussed the automatically centering motion.Hardware: Based STM32F103VET6 as the master control circuit chip design, cutter position detecting circuit,detecting the diameter of the device comunication circuit, cutter positioned circuit, push the heart of the circuit,the switch monitoring and control circuits.Software: In order to reduce the delay to run a single task, based on multi-tasking operating system uC/OS-II, this paper developes and designs the application tasks of bamboo-splitting.According the bamboo-splitting machine workflow, this paper designs seven different tasks: touch screen task, key task, the task of feeding, push plates task, the task of the heart, splitting bamboo task.HMI: This paper chooses DGUS touch screen to monitoring bamboo-splitting machine,through full duplex communication send the key commands and parameters to the main controller,while the main controller real-timed upload the bamboo-splitting motion information to the touch screen.So,here designs bamboo-splitting machine monitoring interface on the DGUS. In order to regulate the machine, desings the password programming on the touch screen.Traditional bamboo-splitting use artificial heart, causing the heart to be inaccurate.In order to improve this problem, this paper focuses on exploring three center that is the cutter,the bamboo and the slider of push automatically on the heart motion. The main research is the cutter positioning movement:collecting the data which is test in the bamboo-splitting field earlily,analyzing the relationship between the number of blades and bamboo diameter,designing selecting cutter automatic;analysis reasonable cutter structures to research the cutter positioned strategies,to realize cutter high efficiency positioning. Also combined rotary encoder detects the position of the cutter and the slider of push plate positioning movement,improve the accuracy of the heart.Finally, under laboratory conditions,simulates bamboo-splitting's operation,and the hardware, software and HMI joint commissioning.
