The Haze Governance Of The Yangtze River Delta Region:on The Perspective Of Intergovernmental Cooperation

Since 2013 national large outbreak fog haze,most areas in China have different degrees of each year haze weather,including a large population,the economically developed Yangtze river delta regional haze problem more and more serious.Haze in Yangtze river delta area of production,spread and harm seriously to stimulate the nerve of the public,how to control and governance fog test the ability of governments at all levels of governance,it should be said that governments at all levels are also trying to take various measures to control and manage the fog haze,but the effect is limited.One of the important reason is that governments everywhere in governance fog on the issue of “fight alone”,and this is not solve with the characteristic of the regional smog problem.Although already in the Yangtze river delta region,the preliminary cooperation mechanism,but because of the lack of the concept of collaboration,the limitations of the current management system,the lack of government coordination mechanism,the government cooperation limited resources,the regional government coordination and cooperation between governance did not realize,given the current predicament,we should learn and draw lessons from the experience of the control of air pollution in developed countries,foster collaboration consciousness of the government,establish a coordination mechanism,deepen the cooperation mechanism,improve the legal system,well and truly establishing regional governments cooperation governance haze of mechanisms.
