The exploitation and reserve capacity of petroleum,natural gas and other energy has become an important indicators to measure a country’s comprehensive national strength.Petroleum and gas products have been widely used in every aspect of people’s life.They are the important raw materials in national defense,aerospace and other fields.The research level of oil field equipment and manufacturing technics plays a crucial role in determining the level of drilling technology.In the meanwhile,the technical level of drilling process establishes the level of the exploration and development of oil and gas resources.Thus,the automatic processing system of drilling tubular,as an important part o f modern drilling rig,has solidified its position in the exploration and development of oil and gas.Victory Drilling Technology Research Institute developed a new type of land rig drilling tubular automated processing system through independent research,development and design.In order to find out the potential safety hazard of this new type of prototype of drilling tubular automatic processing system,and to improve the safety as well as the competitiveness of the products,this subject presents the ame liorative measures both in the design of the product and the operation process by analyzing the drilling tubular automatic processing system designed by Victory Drilling Technology Research Institute with HAZOP analysis.Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 was used to develop the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation software for the dynamic catwalk system,which is an important subsystem of the drilling tubular automated processing system.Also,the secondary development based on Virtools SDK run on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 produced the OPC Synchronous communication plug-in for the communication of drilling tubular automated processing system.Dynamic catwalk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is user-friendly and practicable.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of the system can be quickly obtained by inputting the interrelated parameters.Through analysis of the system operating parameters,corresponding modifications can be conducted on the software to achieve its application on the daily safety inspection of system and the improvement of the safety of the dynamic catwalk.
