As the increase of oil and gas production,especially for high-acid and high-calcium heavy oil from Sudan six block,high-acid and high-calcium heavy oil processing technology is an important study task for Khartoum refinery.The properties of block 6 heavy oil were firstly analyzed by true boiling distillation in this paper.Meanwhile,the method of decalcification were studied according to the characteristic of block 6 oil as well as processing.Finally,the industrialization operation status for the heavy oil processing technology were analyzed.The basic properties of crude oil and the nature of distillated oil were firstly analyzed to get a comprehensive understanding of the feedstock.The results showed that the raw materials is low-sulfur naphthenic-intermediate crude oils.It had a higher density and its light oil yield is low.Furthermore,the content of nitrogen and acid are high.Meanwhile,the metals in crude oil,such as nickel,calcium,sodium and magnesium are high,which are 18.3 ?g·g-1,1652.0 ?g·g-1,264.0 ?g·g-1,8.5 ?g·g-1,respectively.Such a high acid and calcium content gives rise to the great difficulty in the process of crude oil.The solution for processing high-calcium crude oil was finally studied by applying decalcification agent.The result shows that both of decalcification agents(named A and B)have good effects and the contents of calcium is less than 100 ?g·g-1 after applying this technology,meeting the content requirements of calcium in crude oil for delayed coking unit.Decalcification agents B RPDS has a higher efficiency to remove calcium and iron off oils compared with decalcification agents A.On the other hand,the calcium content is declined with the dosage of agent increasing and it has a significant decrease when the ratio exceeds 2.The iron content in diesel is slightly improved after adding the decalcification agent and it has a peak value as the increase of agent while it is quite opposite for the change of acid content.In addition,the iron content in wax oil is slightly declined after adding the decalcification agent and it has a valley value as the increase of agent.According to the demands of Sudan oil product market and the nature of crude oil,deacidification technology of high-acid crude oil was then studied.The results showed that the processing scheme should improve the diesel yield and reduce the gasoline production to adapt to the Sudan market demand.Therefore,thermodeacidification technology can drastically decrease the content of acid in distillate oil by the application of delayed coking technology for the feedstock and it means that the 95% acid is removed by using delayed coking technology.Otherwise,the yield of gasoline and diesel are more than 60%.It is noteworthy to underline that the yield of diesel reaches more than 40% which is suitable for market demand for diesel.As a result,delayed coking is a highly effective way to process high-acid heavy oil from Sudan block 6.It can be seen from the analysis of block 6 oil processing industrialization operation that the corrosion can be effectively controlled if choose appropriate materials,realizing long period production.It can satisfy the requirements of the quality of gasoline and diesel by means of the hydrofining and continuous reforming technology,providing additional hydrogen for refinery...
