VOCs?volatile organic compounds?which are identified to be important precursors of PM2.5 and oxygen have a negative effect on atmospheric environment and human health. As a cluster of chemical industry, the chemical industrial park's VOCs emissions can't be ignored. So far,the research about chemical industrial park VOCs emission characteristic is far to enough. Therefore, according to the basic domestic situation, this study carry on VOCs emission characteristic of chemical industrial park, which could be helpful for Chinese governments to formulate air pollution control policy and improve regional air quality.X Chemical Park was chosen to be the objects of this study. With comprehensive consideration of related study both at home and abroad, this research carries on VOCs emission characteristics of typical chemical industrial in China. The main purpose of this study are:?1?Screening of typical enterprise for field sampling, then obtain the VOCs concentrations and compositions of different processes units as well as the exhaust funnels;?2?Calculating the emission factors of typical industry, and the amount of VOCs discharge of entire park emissions,to build high resolution VOCs emissions inventory.?3?Screening characteristic species of typical enterprise,to establish the chemical fingerprint library of typical enterprise.?4?According to the monitoring data, modeling VOCs emissions impact on surrounding environment. The results showed that the VOCs concentrations in the process units of typical industries were 0.2107.02 mg·m-3,almost all samples were above 10 mg·m-3 and 134 times higher than that of the corresponding observed background concentrations, which indicated a serious leakage of devices..The species various from different factory and unit, and among them, alkane is supposed to be the main pollutants, followed by benzene series and OVOCs.In addition, apart from storage and transportation enterprise, the detected species compositions was failure to exactly match the raw materials in a majority of factory,we attributed this to the possibility of interrelation or by-product.As for emission inventory, the park's VOCs emissions in 20122014 were 8100.19 t?8435.16 t and 8234.75 t respectively. The VOCs emissions of storage and transportation industry were the biggest, which were 7303.23t?in 2014?and accounted for 87.47%.Followed by synthetic resin manufacturing, the VOCs emissions were 700.35 t,accounted for 8.5%.After that,we calculated the uncertainty of park emissions inventory by Monte Carlo, the uncertainty of 95% confidence interval were [-128%,+ 192%].The characteristic species of crude oil processing and oil products manufacturing, organic chemical materials, synthetic resin manufacturing, chemical agents manufacturing, soap and synthetic detergent manufacturing and storage and transportation were benzoic acid and butylbenzene;toluene and hexane;methyl tert-butyl ether and ethyl acetate;ethyl acetate and hexane;toluene, xylene and limonene;toluene and xylene respectively. As for estimating the influences on air quantity, the ratio of simulation values and the measured values in those nine control point were 0.220.80,the value of R was 66.7%,and the correlation coefficient ?r ?was 0.72,thus it can be seen that the differences between simulated values and measured values were acceptable. The maximum value of 1-HR and 24-HR concentration in the simulation area were all in YH storage and transportation area, with the factory area as the center decrease gradually to the surrounding.Overall, the sensitive point concentration was higher in the north side of the park with the highest concentration of 1.93 mg·m-3 in A Village.
