Segment-color yarn,as a representative of fancy yarn,has a high economic value.The international advanced production equipment of segment-color yarn is complex and expensive,while the domestic textile manufacturers mainly use three or four rollers to produce segment-color yarn,and the production of these machines has bamboo-like changes in the direction of length.There are lots of difficulties in production preparations,including matching the rovings' color,manage mass data of the process,etc.In this paper,the process preparation system of segment-color yarn is designed,which includes two parts: the preparation software and the production control system.The main research contents are as follows:Design the segment-color yarn process preparation software.Roving color matching algorithm is designed based on the KUBELKA-MUNK dual-channel theoretical model.Combined with the needs of segment-color yarn production equipment and data maintenance,production process parameter calculation module,data management module and communication module are designed.The software solves the problem of roving mixing color,cumbersome calculation of segment-color yarn production data and difficulties in management of historical process parameters in the preparation process of multicomponent coupling segment-color yarn.Design the lower computer embedded control system.In order to coordinate the parameters of preparation software and status information transmission and achieve the effective operation of segment-color yarn production equipment,this paper designs the embedded control system,including the lower computer communication program and the motor servo control system.This paper establishes development environment of the embedded system,transplants the Linux embedded system and designs the application program of MODBUS TCP / IP communication and CAN bus communication.A TMS320 LF series DSP chip and the intelligent power module are used to design motor servo control system,which also includes CAN bus communication.Combined with the segment-color yarn preparation software,the lower computer embedded control system can solve a series of problems in segment-color yarn production preparation process.Experiments show that the software designed in this paper can realize the functions of yarn color mixing,process parameter calculation and data storage.It can effectively shorten the preparation time of segment-color yarn,simplify the operation process of segment-color yarn production equipment and improve the production efficiency with the hardware system designed in this paper.
