According to the characteristic of the water supply of Tangkou Coal Mine and disadvantages of the existing equipment, the paper completed the scheme design of the intelligent control device for the electric valve, proposed the global index and the system function, and determined the control strategy and the system structure.The intelligent control device of the electric valve is mAde up of the underground long-distance transmission module, the ground mAster control module and the HMI module, which is a closed-loop control system, combined actuator and controller.According to the actual pressure value and the setting value, the mAster control module controlled the reverse of the stepper motor. By adjusting the opening of the valve, the amount of ground water supply is equal to the water consumption of the underground.The underground long-distance transmission module has been supplemented by the necessary circuit, in which PSoC is used as a core; through the 4~20mA optical transceiver, it completed the pressure signal acquisition and transmission over a long distance. In order to enhance the control precision and the reliability, the mAster control module selectsS7-200 CPU226 and the combination of fuzzy PID control algorithm.HMI completes system parameter settings, status display, etc. The remote monitoring system by kingview is designed to monitor the state of the process and operate the electric regulating valve.In this paper, mAny anti-interference measures are taken to enhance the anti-interference ability of the whole device and ensure the security of the system.The actual operation indicates that the design is feasible and reliable, achieved the expected target. The intelligent control device has a certain application value and a promotion value.
