Artificial sorting of plate custom closet enterprise is the research object of the paper.Firstly,with the analysis of part heap feature, the paper summarized the characteristics of the enterprise sorting job and determined the appropriate efficiency index. Secondly, according to domestic and foreign researches of order picking, constructed sorting model suitable for manual sorting plate parts with heuristic algorithm combined plate wardrobe parts sorting features. Specifically, the paper made the following innovative work:(1) According to association rules clustering of different types of parts, parts set were divided into three kinds such as side panels, drawer panels and skirtboards. Considering sorting and merging rules, parts were divided into three kinds such as larger part, medium part and smaller part when distribution of different types of part was known.(2) Relationship between sorting-time y and sorting-number x was established by distinguish different parts set. Relationship between sorting-time and number was y=26.454x-5.396 when sorting bigger parts. And the relationship was y=11.835x-2.3108 when sorting medium parts. X was used to represent number of parts. Relationship was y=0.661x2+9.1885x+6.37 when sorting smaller parts, and x was used to represent number of products.(3) Relationship between combining-time y and number x was clearly known by establishing combined rules. Relationship between combining-time and number was y=26.454x-5.396 when combining bigger parts, y=1.7876x-3.3688 when medium parts, y=0.51178x+0.4038 when smaller parts. Relationship was y=1.5x, if number of medium parts was greater than 3. X was used to represent number of parts and y second · person.(4) Under the guidance of the idea of heuristics, circulation method of small quantities and many varieties of part heap produced in production process was guided to stock piles with seed algorithms and saving and algorithms. Proposed selection methods and batch rules of part seeds heap, sorting evaluation function is proposed to test the efficiency of sorting. Specific numerical calculation proved that two algorithms can enhance sorting efficiency of plate parts.(5) Part sorting order model with the goal to minimize the space occupied was established.Calculation method of area and time occupied by sorting was proposed, sorting order model and evaluation function was established. Based on this, sorting order model was validated with the calculation of actual data.
